Incredible Connection Online

Incredible connection Online- What a disappointing experience. Placed my order on the 17th of October. Tried to track it a few days later with no tracking information. Finally I had picked up my phone to call them and see what is actually going on(Day5). The call center assistant logged a complaint as my order HAD NOT BEEN TOUCH/SEEN TOO. After following up with them every second day(5times) as i still did not received feedback. Today i received an email saying that the product is out stock and they are ordering it. (Day10) Poor Customer Service and empty promises(2-5 days free delivery) Very Disappointing.
