Incredible Connection - not so Incredible!

I placed an order on 28.08.2019, and cancelled it on 28.08.2019 after i found the product cheaper at another retailer. I called Incredible Connection on the same day to confirm the cancellation and for them to process the refund. I have been given the run-around by their online team, as well as their e-Commerce team as they initially insisted they could not find my payment and therefore not refund me. After sending through the proof of payment, all contact with me ceased until I started calling regularly to query the refund as i was advised it wouldn't take more than 2-3 days.

Over a month later, today 03.10.2019, the refund has still not been processed, and there has not been any communication from Incredible Connection. Their online team has not been answering calls for the past 2 days.

I am paying interest on my account for the R3700 that they have not refunded me, and refuse to acknowledge that they need to compensate me for the interest accruing that i need to pay. This has left a bad taste with me and i will never ever purchase at Incredible Connection nor recommend them.
