Incredible Connection, NOT SO INCREDIBLE

Incredible Connection in Herm**** has the worst customer service ever!! Actually there is "No" customer service, and we are probably the best customer you could have in your store as we have worked in sales too. We had to claim from Abacus insurance for our laptop that was lost/****** when a storm hit the Western Cape and a tree fell on our house, destroying it. Arnold is the salesman's name, very friendly guy but after you leave the store, nothing happens. Its now. Been 23 odd days since our claim and have heard nothing from either parties. It's absolutely ridiculous. That laptop was our bread and butter, but here we sit, waiting for any communication regarding our claim. Not even a simple email to let us know they have sent our claim in.
