Incredible connection, not so incredible. Actually "Pathetic Connection"

Purchased 3 items on 29 November 2024. 2 of the items delivered on different day, and now the 3rd item which is the most expensive has not been delivered. When i tracked the delivery with Incredible connection is showed delivered. I called to log a complain, as i did not recieve the item. Got a complaint reference number with promise to get feedback within 24hr. Did not happen. The shipping company they use Aramex shows that the item is out to deliver in my area, but does not get delivered. This is for 3 days in a row. Incredible connection does nothing about it. I must chase after the item, whereas it should be Incredible connection who should make sure I recieve what i have purchased.
