Incredible Connection not so Incredible

I placed an order on the 30th of September 2024, to which their delivery status says it will be delivered between 2 to 5 working days. It is very unfortunate that the customer service agents can't do anything about the delivery status of my order while I've already paid for it. I have confirmed my address twice and placed more orders with other companies which have already delivered. How can someone hope that they'll have a delivery status and not know? I'm honestly very dissatisfied and don't recommend shopping at this establishment.
