Incredible Connection not refunding

Hi, I've requested to cancel order *** on 26 March. This has not been done then. On 4 May I inquired as to the status of the order, and I was promised it will be cancelled and refunded. This has not been done. On 15 May I inquired again, and advised it will be refunded. Still nothing. No feedback on emails, no one answering phone lines or feedback on messages. You've ****** my money. I will commence with legal proceedings today. Regards Jannie
