Incredible Connection - NOT incredible

Purchased a rather pricey laptop in December, and was told I need to register it via website, or by contacting IC via website/email so they could do it on my behalf. FIVE emails later, and two 'emails' sent via the website, and still I wait. Anything but INCREDIBLE. I guess that once they have your money, they no longer care!
