Incredible connection not honouring a sale that was paid

I purchased a PS4 from the website on the 18th March 2020, after inquiring when it will be delivered I was told during the following week. During the weekend after Incredible connections working hours I get a refund message from the bank. When I inquired on the 23 March 2020, they said that it was a pricing error and will not be honoring the agreement.

I did not receive any communication from them regarding this issue, this is completely unacceptable. I was told before that this company is not reputable, its sad that I had to experience it for myself.
