Incredible connection not honoring purchases that were paid for

If I could rate this 0 I would. Placed a few orders online on the 18/03/2020 and then received a mail a few days later saying that they had made a error in the pricing. I now receive an email saying as per my request my order has been canceled and a refund will happen. I have not canceled any orders. As per CPA this isnt correct and the advertised price of which was purchased and paid for must be honored. If it stated due to limited stocks then I can say yes but after my purchase these items where still available long after. Just honor the purchase as this is the 1st step to bringing this into light.
