Incredible Connection not Credible

On 8 June 2019 I noticed that Incredible Connection was offering the Xiaomi TV box at a special price of R1,299. I had a live chat with Brandon at the Bloemfontein branch who confirmed that the item was in stock. On 11 June I checked the website again which said "in stock - delivery 2-5 days". I ordered it and paid. Three days later I got an e-mail saying "awaiting stock". No further word for 7 days and 2 enquiries. On 21 June I received a call from Grant Ross who said the stock arrived but was faulty and returned to supplier. He asked for my banking details for a refund, which I e-mailed. Now, 8 days later and 3 e-mails, I have still not received the refund. Is this how they do business? When, if ever, will I receive the refund?
