Incredible Connection - Not!

I had the most distressing encounter at the Incredible Connection at Ferndale on Republic. My emailing on all 3 my devices wasn't working, so I went to the tech support. This youngster didn't even know how to use an iPad, and then accused me of typing in the wrong email address. Seriously?!?
