Incredible Connection Northgate Manager & staff very helpful

I purchased a Fitbit Versa from Incredible Connection (Clearwater Mall) in June 2019 and it packed up in October 2020. I then took it into Incredible Connection at Northgate where I was referred to Fitbit directly as it was still under a 2 year warranty period. Fitbit refused to help stating that I was out of my warranty and the guys at Northgate - Leyden and Frans then took it upon themselves to assist me in contacting Fitbit support and getting the watch to go in for repairs. I was then called to come in to choose a replacement watch which I was very grateful for. I would like to commend the Northgate branch for being so helpful while Fitbit themselves actually sucked when it came to customer service
