Incredible Connection - no grasp for online shopping!

When ordering a TV online, I was asked to enter the TV licence number or ID. I did that and the app responded by confirming that all was confirmed. I verified store stock and clicked on CLick and Collect. SABC verification step took many hours (not acceptable since the App verified in step one. The next day I was asked to change the profile so the licence holders name reflects on the order. I did that., just to realise that the new order was not for click and collect but for delivery which could take up to 6 days. The communication from their E-commerce department was shocking. At no time was I informed of changes. Just hanging In short: I will never transact with the Incredible connection online shopping, probably also my last dealings with Incredible Connection.
