Incredible Connection NO DELIVERY JUST TAKE YOUR PAYMENTS

Absolute worst service received from a retailer - Incredible Connection I ordered 2x Dell PC Monitors online on 29 November 2020. Delivery was meant to be within 5-10 days. I promptly received an invoice and mail stating that the goods had been collected for shipment via the courier company for delivery. After 1 week I started calling to enquire as to where my delivery was and each time I get the same story that the matter has been escalated to the online orders department and they will contact me back. This never happens. After multiple calls to the call center to date I still have no delivery nor can they tell me where the parcel is. They have made no attempt to assist of send through a replacement order - I am just at the mercy of the call center which give empty promises. From my perspective I am just expected to pay thousands of rands and then not get any service or products from this company - This is such a disgrace, I would not recommend them to anyone ever - such a bad experience - STAY AWAY FROM THEM PLEASE
