Incredible Connection Newcastle below zero service, don't ever buy from them

Incredible Connection is one of the most useless retail store you can ever come across, it's the second time now i have issues after purchasing from them, i bought a laptop at Incredible Connection Newcastle in Kzn and the laptop was slower than a tortoise, my wife returned it and explained the problem but was shown away, then i decided to take it in myself and forced them to book it and it's almost one month full now and i don't have a laptop and i don't have my money asl well, i requested a full refund as i had purchased insurance on the laptop. So far nothing has happened and there's absolutely no contact from them if i need any feedback i must go to the store myself just to be told a stupid story about systems not working, useless store with useless employees who fail to sort out after sales issues, i need my query to be resolved this week and have my money back, the was a reason i bought the laptop in the first place
