Incredible connection New Market rude manager

I purchased an HP laptop bag and other items from the new market store in Alberton during December 2023,I was told the laptop bag has a lifetime guarantee and the sales person kept on saying to me any damages being it in we will replace it no questions about that,so the zip has now been damaged so I can zip the bag,called the Newmarket branch spoke to the manager who was very rude and stated they will send my bag to HP and I will have to wait for them to get back to incredible connection when i asked what must I put my laptop in the interim she laughed...and hung up the phone,i will never support these ******* again!
