Incredible Connection needs to get with the times or give up

I purchased a monitor on 11 June 2025. It is now 20 June 2025 and no monitor. The tracking link sent, when I'm able to get past it by clocking the ridiculous "are you human" verification check, says it's been with the courier since 14 June. I have sent a few emails requesting updates, but have received zero feedback. This company is living in 2010.
