Incredible Connection N1 City refuses to refund and does not know CPA law.

I bought a pair of headphones two months ago from Incredible Connection N1 City. I only opened them now and did not even test them since they are unsuitable for my purposes. I went back to get a refund and spoke to Naasif Alexander who claimed to know the CPA inside out. However he is not aware of Section 56 of the CPA, and when I challenged him to prove that I had no claim or that indeed the section even existed, he refused to provide evidence contrary to the law. I offered to show him also, and he refused saying that he does not need to prove anything or help me in any way because he simply refuses to give the refund according to their terms on the slip. This is unacceptable. His behaviour is unacceptable for a manager, or branch manager, he should know the law but he does not and when I asked for proof, which I feel is perfectly reasonable, he flatly refused. It is unacceptable that a branch manager is so ******** of CPA law. He cannot handle a R200 refund. Please get someone competent to fill your management positions.
