Incredible Connection- my worst online purchase experience

I ordered a printer online with Incredible Connection. Delivery date was today, 6 November 2025. I called to confirm delivery on 5 November and was told my order would be delivered on Thursday, 6 November. Today, 6 November, I called to confirm the time of delivery and what ensued was a comedy of confusion- the item has apparently not been picked yet. No solution was offered, except a refund after up to 14 days. So Incredible will sit on my money for 3 weeks in total. When I asked to speak to a manager, the excuses were endless- in a meeting, then on a call, then I was told to email. The phone was hung up on me 3 times as well. So no printer, no feedback, more than an hour on my phone,while IC sits with my money as well. Was I ****med?
