Incredible Connection, more like incredible *******ion

I purchased Call of duty as a birthday gift for my nephew today, the online price was R549. Tonight while I was at gym my wife took a call on my behalf, it was incredible connection explaining to her that the price we paid was incorrect and an error on their side and that we can either pay the balance to the amount of another R549 or they will refund our initial payment. They've also subsequently gone and cancelled my order without my consent. What happened to the CPA?, what happened to the price advertised is the price the customer pays? This is incredibly bad service. Thanks for ruining my evening and my nephew's birthday, you've reached a new low in customer service.
