Incredible connection more like *******ion

Bought a tv from their branch mall of the south started giving me problems around March couldn't give it in with the pandemic going around gave it in May they told me someone will get back to me in a week I waited and nobody got back to me went to them yesterday the manager Louis said he can't help as there is no stock and he can't refund me as there is no cash in store I need to wait for people to purchase cash from them so I need to wait until when before I can get my money to go else where to get a tv cause they can't assist me he then took my proof of payment as well as far as I know that's not how you do business. Very pathetic if you ask me they lie and looks like they want to ***** as well by taking my proof of payment.
