Incredible Connection (Menlyn) pathetic customer service and support.

I went to Incredible Connection just to buy a wireless mouse. I picked the mouse that I liked and needed assistance to unlock the item so that I can pay for it. All of the 9 staff members just looked at me and refused to help me. I asked a guy to help and he said he's on lunch (at 9:15Am) and called another man who just looked at me and carried on talking to another staff member. I then left the store and told a lady that nobody wants to help me and she seemed shocked at my irritation.

If you're not being overly harassed by the staff, you're being ignored and have refusal to help. This is exactly the reason I haven't set foot in an Incredible connection in years and also the reason that I will stay away. Your service is absolutely pathetic and disgusting to say the least. Fix it!
