Incredible Connection Menlyn

Incredible Connection Menlyn, not even worth a rating!!!!!! Took in my phone for repairs, they told me it would take 14 working days to get it fixed. It actually took them 18 working days to just give me a quote. 18! This is after I called on several occasions to find out what the progress was on my device. And only God knows how long its going to get them to actually fix it!!!! Talk about inconvenience in this day and age where we even rely on Samsung/FNB pay amongst other services. Frustrating!
