Incredible Connection Mall @ Reds

Mall @ Reds Incredible Connections not open at 09:00. When I ask the staff when it’s going on they say I must come back in an hour. He is not apologetic or even sincere. I found the whole situation to b rude & unprofessional.

I made sure I got there by 09:00 as I need something urgent for my office but to no avail. It’s is now 09:30 and still not open.
