Incredible connection lives up to its nick name.

I saw that there was a tv at incredible connection and I called the baywest branch in Port Elizabeth the sales person said that she had one left but it was sealed. I then went and purchased the tv and the sales lady said that the box was opened to show another customer the tv I took this on good faith and made the purchase then late on Sunday I tried the Netflix function and when it logged in there was already an account on it I called the shop on Monday and spoke to the branch manager who seemed very calm by the fact that his staff sold a used product as new which is *********. He has agreed to replace the unit but can I really trust the store brand now? He didn't even apologize nor did he try to offer anything else as to try to keep the company name in good standing. I am really disappointed and am 2 minded in taking the product. Also I Will never recommend the store to anyone as this might happen to someone else.
