Incredible Connection store @lakeside Mall Benoni has the best customer service agent and her name is Patricia Tshabalala, it is rare to find someone who is as passionate as she is about what she does, went to renew my contract and the store didn't have the device I was looking for, instead of turning me away because of that, she patiently assisted me, ensured that all my documents were submitted, organised that I collect the device readily available in one of their sister stores, even though the systems went offline, she still pushed to ensure that I walk out of the store a happy customer and I truly am a happy customer thanks to Patricia.
