Incredible Connection kolonade

I bought a Lalela inverter last year ,it only worked for 2 weeks,sent it back ,they replaced the battery then I made it clear that I don't want it,they refunded me then i bought a different brand (RCT) inverter from them.the inverter worked for 4months,they checked it and told me it's the battery,I told them I don't want the inverter anymore because I cannot keep replacing a battery every 3 to 4 months,what will happen if it is out of warranty.they told me that the inverter was not made for this kind of loadshedding and RCT is aware of the issue and they are busy building lithium batteries to replace these ones,the Kolonade manager is rude and doesn't want to refund me,this cost me 8500.im so ****ed ,I bought a ups,I dont want inverters anymore
