Incredible Connection is useless

They’ve done it again! Bought a laptop last year September, around March this year the *****s started coming off. Now the laptop is totally dysfunctional. Luckily I had insurance. Went to drop my claim on 10 Sep 2025, on 16 Sep I call the insurance to follow up. To my surprise, I was told that the claim was approved on 12 Sep but there was no communication. Today I drove to the shop and I was told that there is no letter of approval from Insurance. Now the inconvenience of driving for nothing. I already have issues with Menlyn branch for selling me a faulty laptop. Now this one again has issues.
