Incredible Connection is *********, not trustworthy!!

I regret my online purchase on 12 Dec 2022. In 13 Dec I received notification that my order was dispatched from the warehouse and was collected by the courier. On 14 Dec I called to enquire as. I delivery received. Customer services told me that the order is still in the warehouse( which happens to be less than 30km from my house.), and THE WAREHOUSE will call me. This is lies and ********* to give false feedback in the tracking system!!!. Logged a complaint. No feedback. Called again 15 Dec - same story.. they took my money 4 days ago, no goods delivered, and they are earning interest with my money!!! How many other South Africans are in same boat as me? This is beyond pathetic!!! Logged complaints are not even attended to- what’s the point ? Trying to get a refund is another challenge in itself.
