Incredible connection is the worst

There is so many bad things to say about incredible connection i don't know were to start, all i can say is im struggling to get an answer from them on my application that i put in 6 days ago wich is approved, there is no communication i wasted more than 100min of my call time on them spoke to so many people from the store to accounts to complaints and all is just ***********, how does these people get the work!! it's so bad thay don't even know the system, i have been doing all the work as a customer for them, and still nothing.
