Incredible connection is pathetic

<p>I went to incredible connection at mall of Africa on Sunday to buy a Epson printer on the hi finance option. Today is Wednesday and no application has been put throw. I have spoken to a lot of people and all they say is we have a system problem can't help you today. Absolute pathetic service </p>
