Incredible Connection is incredibly useless

Based on my experience, and many other facebook reviews, it's clear that this company is nothing short of ********. They took an online payment for an item they didn't have in stock, and now I can't get them to refund me. It's been almost a month. It can't possibly take that long to process a refund. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with them to resist the urge. You will be very disappointed.
