Incredible connection is actually Incredible *******ion

I made an online order on 18/03/2020 for a ps4 deal. My order went through and I received a confirmation email + an sms stating clearly that my order is successful I can go pick up my order at incredible connection which is infact *******ion. The next day I called the store and they said my order will be ready in 24hrs. When I got there they rudely refused to give me my order and they told me to contact the online store because the was an error in pricing online, I did contact the online store and laid a complaint but I'm yet to get any response. False advertising, taking people's money with no intention to give it back then they force to give you credit into their acc. Worst service ever. Im so mad
