Incredible connection is a Pathetic business & ****mers

good day, I bought a mecer ups from Incredible connection Polokwane last year. a week after purchasing it, it was lasting for only 40 minutes whereas it suppose to hold 3hours according to them. they took it for repairs as they refused to do a refund. a month after receiving it back again, it gave the same problem and was giving power for only 30minutes. I took it back to them. this was Nov'23. Since Nov'23 I am still without a ups for my wifi router... It is 11 Feb'24 already!!! I use the ups only on my wifi router for my work. I have lost alot.of income because of Incredible connection... I demand a refund on that product so that I can buy something reliable from a reliable supplier. Incredible Connection is going against the consumer's rights by refusing a refund the very first time this product was faulty... this franchise is a daylight ****** and ****mer
