Incredible Connection is a joke especially the manager Tebogo

i bought mac book the next day i saw lines on the screen i took it back to the shop they say they cannot see anything wrong with it, i must take it home, if i see anything after a month i must take it back as it will still be under warranty. how can i fix something brand new?
