Incredible Connection is a ****

I am so disappointed at Incredible Connection, both New Market and Sandton, I bought a monitor (paid cash) on the counter 25th July 2024, a monitor was supposed to be arranged from Sandton to New Market (25 minutes) apart for an in store collection, I got a message that the order is dispatched on Saturday morning, checked yesterday and it is still not there( New Market), checked today and I was told it was forgotten by courier and it is still in Sandton, sent someone to Sandton to collect and the refused, Asked for a refund and I am being ignored, never mind the ****py service, but I need my money because I need to buy it somewhere else)
