Incredible Connection is ***

I ordered something on Wednesday which is in store and it was a click and collect, today it's Saturday and I haven't received any communication or anything. I personally believe it shouldn't take a day to do finalise a Click and Collect because some of us are always nearby. Ohhhhhh and HiFi is ****ing worse.
