Incredible connection incredibly painful

Incredible connection is a nightmare to deal with.

I have had issues with 2 consecutive notebooks. While I got a store credit for the first one, when they should have refunded me, they are digging their heals in with the second defective product.

The inactive buttons and track pad are additional issues to it already being returned for power and motherboard issues. All this within 5 weeks of owning the device.! @HP @Incredible Connection. Who will help now? As an educator who not only put alot into this investment who lost business whilst trying to resolve these tech issues, but also as a customer to be told to use alternate buttons if these don't work doesn't cut it. Oh and it was amazing that I found the fault tour teams couldn't find in 3 weeks within a few days of retrieving the device. Your service and policies and ridiculous. I await an answer from either one before having to return to your store again.
