Incredible Connection - Incredibly Inconsiderate

I have placed an online order with IC and chose the free shipping method. I was informed that the delivery will be between 5 and 10 working days on the order e-mail. Fair enough. But no one, not even at your ***or the 011 408- number that I am also being referred to, can so much as give me a preliminary date of delivery. Nothing, nada. More like a let's wait and see attitude applicable in those departments. Incredible Connection - this is the first time I supported your online shopping endeavour and believe me, it was my last. I will not recommend it to anyone at any time. It is not a pleasurable or convenient experience.
