Incredible Connection - incredibly bad.

I purchased a Samsung Smart 40" TV. I received a Samsung with no connectivity - it is not a "smart" TV. I am still waiting for some after sales service. Very disappointing. I would not have used them if I had read all the complaints about their after-sales service.
