INCREDIBLE CONNECTION? INCREDIBLE RIPOFF!!!!

on the 27th November 2019 I purchased a laptop via the Black Friday sales online it was a replacement pc as a work one was damaged and I urgently needed data transferred- I could have used any of the companies as they all had good deals but IC were a good brand or so I thought. The laptop was on special for R6999 marked down from R9999. As of the 5 December I have been emailing and calling and Facebook messaging, even called the branches to try and find out where the pc was. The call centre number disconnected me, no emails were rep**** to, store told me they couldn't help me as it was online. Eventually on the 18 December I was told they don't have my address, which is strange as on my profile it clearly states the delivery address (which I then screenshot and emailed again) However it is ASTOUNDING that in a tech company, NOT ONE PERSON HAS THE CAPACITY TO CALL TO CONFIRM THE ADDRESS!!!!!!!It is the 27 December 2019 I and i'm yet to receive any laptop, I have been told it has been returned to the depot even though my address is now clearly on the system! Headoffice Hambelani and Gonste were BOTH USELESS provided no explanation or anything. I have just today received an email saying they are refunding my money as they have no stoc****!!! Where is the laptop you were going to deliver me ??? I have now missed out on a special that I could have got from another company but used your company only to be told a month later not possible!!! What kind of company are you??? Totally Disgusting will never use your company again.
