Incredible Connection - Incredible incompetence!!!

I handed in an HP printer for repair at Paarl branch to Caylan Ontong on 19 January 2018 and followed up with 8 e-mails and numerous phone calls over the time. Was given new excuse every time, waiting for parts, technician busy , waiting for feedback , etc etc only to be contacted by repair agent today , 16 March , almost two months since I handed it in , to ask for the cartridges so that they can diagnose the fault?? They were only informed to pick it up on Tuesday 13 March!!!! So it took Incredible connection almost 8 weeks to send the printer away!! On top of being *********** they blatantly **** to me on several instances even while I was frantically following up because of the frustration of not having a printer!! This is disgusting service!!
