Incredible Connection? Incredible Disconnection

In my 43 years on this Earth I have never before left a poor review for any company, until today. I'm am literally at my wits end. I ordered a small projector from the Incredible Connection online store. It arrived on the 19th but it did not work. I called the helpline who suggested I take it into the Galleria store. I took it into the store for them to tell me what I already knew. It doesn't work. I then called the helpline again and they told me someone would call back with 24 hours. 3 days later and I still hadn't heard back from them so I called the helpline again. By this time I was getting pretty frustrated. The man on the helpline once again told me someone would call me back within 24 hours. That was now 3 days ago again. No one has bothered to call back and I'm sitting with a useless projector. I bought it for a small work project and the amount of lost time and money due to the abysmal customer service has already cost me 10x more than the value of that projector. Now I'm *#!*! furious and I don't even know what possible options I have left at this point other than to throw the projector in the garbage and go buy a new one from a better retailer. Absolutely disgusted with Incredible Connection at this point.
