Incredible Connection/Incredible *******ION

<p>I bought a Lenovo Laptop from Incredible Connection Centurion Mall around april this year. Was told it is a stunning laptop!</p> <p>Asked my Motor and Father to take the Charger in for me as I as told it has blown by another Company and is still under warranty. The shop assistants firstly did not know what to do or say or what the process was, then told them to go to Sandton as that is where they look at it.</p> <p>Seriously, you want me to take a day off work, to go to Sandton. What happened to Customer Service. </p> <p>Do you not fall under the CPA act? Does your clients outside Gauteng also need to take off the day and drive to Santon? This is not acceptable and i feel **********. </p> <p>I was also told, that the laptop you sold me, there are no parts in South Africa. It all has to be imported if anything goes wrong. How do you sell Laptops like this.</p> <p>Terrible service, I feel ********** and Wont buy from you again. </p> <p>Get much better service from the little guys , I am so dissapointed and Angry that I spend my money with you!</p>
