Incredible Connection in Cresta is F****** USELESS

<p>I booked my laptop in at Incredible Connection 8 days ago and was told the waiting time would be 3-4 working days. I went into the branch for an update, even though as the client, they should be giving ME AN UPDATE!!! Myself and my boyfriend have phoned in everyday and nobody can seem to give us a straight answer, they just bounce us around every employee in the f****** shop..</p> <p>The lady at the front desk gave me nothing but a foul attitude. As somebody that works in retail, I know what good customer service is, and this is not!! She basically told me that it was not her problem as I did not book the laptop in with her. She first told me that somebody has looked at the laptop and they were waiting for a part to arrive in order to complete the repair. She then changed her story and told me that nobody has even looked at the device, SEVEN WORKING DAYS LATER. You guys have terrible customer service. I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYBODY I KNOW. </p>
