Incredible connection iMAC repair joke
Hi <br> <br> I bought an iMac 27 inch in June 2013 at a cost of R 21 000 and chose to purchase an extended warrantee which in turn gave me an additional 12 months cover. In July 2014 the machine started to shut down for no reason, up to 10 x in a 3 hour period. This essential kicked off a 12 month battle with Incredible Connection in which the following happened:<br> o July 2014 - send in for repair, not sent to CORE but another vendor - I was under the impression CORE where the only authorized provider to repair apple products in South Arica. After 4 weeks I was informed that no fault could be found and item was sent back to me.<br> o October 2014 - All seemed fine for around 3 months and then the failures started again - item was send back for repair - once again not to CORE. After 3 weeks I was informed that fault could not be replicated and therefore no issue can be found<br> o January 2014 - All fine for 2 months then failures start again - essentially making the machine useless for day to day usage. I raised a call with Apple. After some fault finding Apple suggested I take the item back to Incredible Connection and that they send it to CORE to be repaired. After fighting with incredible co
