incredible connection / Hifi Corporation West Gate

Oh my soul I’ve never heard so many different stories.

I placed an online order. Monday morning i received an email stating my order is with the couriers.

One agent told me problem is with Aramex another agent told me it was HiFi corporation another agent said its SCS couriers.

Just to phone today my local branch and the manager actually helped me but the main problem is Hi Fi Corporation West Gate well today 23 January my order is not even collected yet.

And the agents are so rude so after numerous calls i got really frustrated and i received a complaint reference with a number and the lady on the other side just did not want to listen to me any further and just placed the phone next to her and eventually asked what do i want to hear - I actually just want to know where my order is but Ive managed to find out myself where my order is.

2-5 working days will now be 7- eternity i do not know. As I still don’t know when my order will be delivered.
