Incredible Connection Heidelberg - Simply Ridiculous - Worst Service

Incredible Connection Heidelberg received my laptop on the 3rd of January, with a simple problem a battery replacement. It has taken them over 2 months ; yes 2 months to replace a battery which they have at the supplier (confirmed by email). In the process they have managed to lose my laptop , hold it so long that the warranty expired and to top it all of send me a quote because the warranty isn't valid. So the investigated ... 2 weeks have passed. No call from the manager , technician or supplier have been received since day one after countless efforts leaving them my number. SO after 2 months of me unable to do my work the matter is still on going.
