Incredible Connection have no connection to their customers

I've ordered a washing machine on their online platform. The delivery was set to be between 2-5 days when I placed the order - this was on Thursday. On tracking of my order the machine was picked up on Saturday after I placed the order, nearly a week ago. This is now Friday and nothing is delivered. Up to Wednesday they told me they are still in their normal delivery dates. From Thursday they logged a complaint. It took them until Friday morning to come back to me and promised delivery - empty promises again. The sad thing is they do not even know where the appliance is, they could not inform me who the courier was that actually picked up the appliance from their store. And when I ask these question their standard answer is the courier will call me an hour before delivery - even though they do not know who the courier is. NO SERVICE, UNRELIABLE in their promises and NO Customer care is all I can say of this company. They've got my money and still sitting with my purchase
