Incredible Connection has the worst service ever

I've never had such bad experience with online shopping before. Incredible connection is terrible. No proper tracking. Zero feedback. No one actually does anything about late deliveries. They claim to deliver in 2-5 working days, which is a lie. Please be advised not to use their services.
